Hemm Center (مركز أصحاب الهمم) — referred to as "we", "us", or "Service Provider" — operates the Therapist Center mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

To provide the App's core functionality (session management, scheduling, messaging between therapists, parents, and admins), we collect:

• Account information — full name, email address, phone number (optional), and role (Admin / Therapist / Parent).
• Authentication data — encrypted JWT tokens stored locally on your device (Android Keystore / iOS Keychain).
• Activity data — sessions, schedules, assessments, and messages you create within the App.
• Center configuration — center info and preferences, stored locally on your device.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

The App does not collect:

• Location data (GPS / approximate location)
• Camera or microphone input
• Contacts, calendar, or photos from your device
• Advertising identifiers
• Analytics or behavioral tracking data

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information solely to:

• Authenticate you and maintain your session
• Display and manage center activities (sessions, schedules, messages)
• Communicate between authorized users (therapists ↔ parents ↔ admins)
• Provide customer support when you contact us

4. Third-Party Services

The App communicates exclusively with our own backend server at https://www.hemmcenter.com. We do not use:

• Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, or any analytics SDK
• AdMob or any advertising network
• Crashlytics or other crash-reporting tools
• Social network SDKs (Facebook, Twitter, etc.)

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS 1.2+) and stored on our secure servers. Authentication tokens are stored on-device using platform-secure storage (Android Keystore / iOS Keychain). Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms and never stored in plaintext.

6. Data Retention

We retain account and activity data for as long as your account remains active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the email below.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for use by adults (therapists, parents, and admins). Although the App stores information about minor children of registered parents (e.g., student profiles, assessment data), this information is provided and managed by the parent or authorized therapist on behalf of the child. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Export your data in a portable format

9. Changes to This Policy
